両言語間に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先されます。

Indiebase 利用規約（日本語版）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Nexting株式会社（以下「当社」）が運営するウェブメディア「Indiebase」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（本サービスについて）
本サービスは、ゲームを中心としたエンターテインメント作品紹介、レビュー、ニュース、特集記事などを掲載するウェブメディアです。
当社は、ユーザーに事前の予告なく、本サービスの内容を変更・追加・中断することがあります。
第2条（知的財産権）
本サービスに掲載されている文章、画像、動画、ロゴ、その他のコンテンツの権利は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
ユーザーは、権利者の許可なくコンテンツを複製・転載・頒布・改変することはできません。
第3条（転載・引用について）
本サービスの記事を引用する場合、以下を遵守してください。
1.引用部分を明確に区別すること
2.出典として記事タイトル・URLを明記すること
3.著作権法に定められた範囲内で行うこと
無断転載（全文転載など）は禁止します。

第7条（禁止行為）

本サービスに関する紛争が生じた場合、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
Indiebase Terms of Service（English Version）
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the web media “Indiebase” (“the Service”) operated by Nexting Inc. (“the Company”).
By accessing or using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (About the Service)
The Service provides entertainment-related content including game introductions, reviews, news, and feature articles.
The Company may change, add, or suspend the content of the Service without prior notice.
